The Association for Low Countries Studies (ALCS) promotes the scholarly study of the language, culture, history and society of the Low Countries.
As a subject organisation, ALCS also represents the interests of Low Countries studies in the UK and Ireland.
ALCS publishes an award winning journal, Dutch Crossing, they organise academic conferences and student days, and they award research grants and students' prizes.
