Corbett Seapower Centre

Description

The Corbett Seapower Centre supports research and understanding of security issues, as broadly conceived, in the maritime world. Through interactions with policymakers, practitioners, academics and industry, the Centre is a focal point for discussions of maritime security policy, shipping and seapower. It was founded in the mid-2000s as the Corbett Centre for Maritime Policy Studies in the Defence Studies Department at King's College London, and it now works across and beyond the School of Security Studies, incorporating the work of the Laughton Unit.
