Members of the Centre for Language Culture and Learning share a common interest in innovatory research methods for working in cross-cultural contexts, particularly with families and communities and formal educational contexts.

Current research spans the areas of language, literacy and learning practices in multilingual communities, bilingual learning strategies in mainstream and community-based complementary schools and cultural practices, identities and discourses in multilingual contexts.
