Centre for Postcolonial Studies, Goldsmiths

Active

Description

The Centre for Postcolonial Studies is dedicated to researching colonialism, past and present, and on the continuing legacies of the colonial era.

One of the centre's central aims is to expand postcolonial studies beyond its original home in literary studies and to engage with current political, cultural and artistic questions.

The Centre publishes Postcolonial Politics, a digital publication dedicated to exploring the ways in which contemporary politics and culture continue to be shaped by the legacies of colonialism.
