Gender Research and Equalities Network

Description

The Gender Research and Equalities Network is a multi-disciplinary research group.

The Mission of the Gender Research and Equalities Network is to contribute to the work of Glasgow Caledonian University through multi-disciplinary collaborations in gender research for the Common Good. The network's vision is for its research to build social benefit with regard to Gender Equality, as stated in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The network's Aim is to facilitate cross-disciplinary discussion of gender and other inequalities in academic research. In doing so the network aims to build a deeper knowledge and understanding of gender and intersectionality in the pursuit of the Common Good and reducing gender inequalities.
