Interactive Multimedia Systems Group

Description

The Interactive Multimedia Systems research group conducts a range of research activities focused around building sensor- and media-rich, cross-layer, inclusive e-systems.

It is made up of computer scientists (academics and research students) with interests in Human-Machine Interaction, Sensorial-based Interfaces, Data Visualisation and Multimedia. Recognising both the richness and increasing complexity of the world, the group’s activity seeks to seamlessly intertwine the contemporary user in his/her interactions with digital expressions of the modern world.
