Description

Civic Digits is a Scottish community interest company making theatre and live performance about digital culture, data and online harms. Incorporated in 2017 and trading in its present form since 2018, it was founded by a playwright working with a hacker. Its touring productions include The Big Data Show, an immersive show on cybersecurity and data citizenship for secondary pupils touring schools since 2020, and Many Good Men, a work on online misogynistic propaganda touring through 2025 and 2026. It also delivers cybersecurity awareness sessions for organisations, and describes its own method as data-driven theatre.
