TripleDotMakers
ActiveDescription
TripleDotMakers is a Manchester based moving image and sound studio, founded in 2016, that produces documentary film, animation and projection-mapped installations for museums, galleries, theatres, heritage sites and music organisations across the UK. Its practice is often participatory, engaging local communities in the creation, curation and installation of the work. Its heritage and public-history projects include a stop-motion animation marking the bicentenary of the Peterloo Massacre, made with the People's History Museum and Manchester Histories and now used as a learning resource, and work across several National Trust properties. Its most recent work is a documentary series made with the National Landscapes Association about art commissions across the UK's national landscapes.
