London AI and Humanity Project (LAIHP)
ActiveDescription
The London AI and Humanity Project (LAIHP) is an interdisciplinary initiative based at the Institute of Philosophy, School of Advanced Study, University of London, bringing together researchers from academia and industry to investigate how people interact with artificial intelligence. Its work spans the philosophy of AI, AI ethics and human-AI interaction, and includes visiting fellowships, conferences and an annual philosophy of AI summer school run with the AI and Humanity Lab at the University of Hong Kong. A flagship output is the Philosophy and AI Glossary (aiglossary.co.uk), a curated reference work with its own editorial board that explains key concepts in the field for academic and public debate.
