Consortium for Researching Inclusive Cultures in the Arts (CRICA)
ActiveDescription
CRICA, the Consortium for Researching Inclusive Cultures in the Arts, is a doctoral training programme jointly delivered by the University of Roehampton and the London School of Economics and Political Science, funded through an AHRC Doctoral Focal Award. Launched in July 2025, it trains postgraduate researchers, performance artists and change makers to study inclusive cultural practice at the intersection of disability and the creative economy, with a particular focus on the performing and participatory arts. The programme works with a network of UK dance and performance organisations that host placements and shape its research agenda, and recruits students through successive December application deadlines running to 2028.
