Critical Legal Thinking (CLT)
ActiveDescription
Critical Legal Thinking (CLT) is an online platform and blog focused on law and the political. It provides a space for critical legal scholars and allied thinkers to publish theoretically informed comment and analysis on current events. Launched in 2009, the platform has received over seven million views, with its articles cited in academic journals, books, other blogs and mainstream media, and included in university course reading lists internationally. The blog is run by an editorial collective of around eleven members who commission, review and manage its content. It publishes articles, book reviews, key-concept explainers, reading lists, seminars, long reads, and series and symposia in critical legal scholarship, and advertises relevant academic announcements such as conferences and calls for papers.
