Bertha DocHouse is a 55-seat dedicated documentary cinema housed within Curzon Bloomsbury in central London. Begun in 2002 as a weekly screening programme at cinemas across London, it opened its permanent screen in March 2015 with support from the Bertha Foundation. The cinema shows international, cross-genre documentaries seven days a week alongside filmmaker Q&As, masterclasses and discussions, and maintains an online archive of over 300 filmed Q&As, masterclasses and discussions together with documentary resources, funding listings and festival information for emerging documentary makers.
