Right to Remain

Active

Description

Right to Remain is a UK-wide registered charity that works with communities, groups and organisations across the UK, providing information, resources, training and assistance to help people establish their right to remain, and challenging injustice in the immigration and asylum system. Its stated vision is a world in which everyone can exercise their right to remain with dignity and humanity, where they need to be. Its work spans two areas: public legal education, producing accessible resources and delivering community training so people can navigate the UK asylum and immigration system and take practical action in their legal case, anchored by the free Right to Remain Toolkit (reported as used by 321,997 people online in 2022/23), and building solidarity with grassroots asylum and migrant groups, including running the These Walls Must Fall campaigning network.
