JUSTICE

Active

Description

JUSTICE is a cross-party law-reform charity working to strengthen the rule of law, protect human rights and ensure fair legal systems across the UK. Its work spans administrative, civil, family and criminal justice. It pursues reform through four core activities: convening expert working parties to produce evidence-based analysis and practical proposals; briefing politicians across parties on draft legislation in the UK and devolved parliaments; responding to government and parliamentary consultations and holding events; and submitting third-party interventions before the UK Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights. The charity is the UK section of the International Commission of Jurists.
