Description

We research institutions, systems, and ideologies that shaped the experiences and trajectories of local, regional, and transnational communities. Our group has specific research strengths in histories of the Global South and Europe, the longer legacies between colonial (and former colonial sites) and imperial centres, economic interconnectedness, political conflict, and revolutionary movements.
