SHArD 3D Lab

Description

The Science, Heritage and Archaeology Digital 3D (SHArD 3D) Laboratory is the University of Exeter's AHRC CresCa funded digital imaging lab, focusing on the acquisition and analysis of 3D data in heritage and forensic science. SHArD 3D provides critical new capacity to heritage and forensic professionals to meet the demand in emerging and increasingly mainstream digital technologies, including CT scanning, digital microscopy and 3D modelling. We are state-of-the-art facility for training and research in the sophisticated digital skills necessary for preserving our shared cultural heritage.
