Oxford Bibliographical Society (OBS)

Description

The Oxford Bibliographical Society (OBS), founded in 1922, is a lively and inclusive group of enthusiasts that seeks to promote a shared interest in bibliographical matters, including manuscripts, printed books, libraries, collections, and the wider book-trade. The OBS is invested in both traditional methods of bibliographical study, and also new and emerging ways of approaching bibliographical objects. Physically based in Oxford, and surrounded by the great bibliographical riches of the city, the OBS is also outwards-looking and is interested in bibliography across the globe.
