The new Sustainable Living Research Centre will operate within the Area of Strategic Research Importance of Sustainable Environment. Its scope is twin: on the one hand focuses in Sustainable Living and specifically applications referring to the diversity of living experience, heritage, tourism and zero-carbon approaches while on the other hand examines the theme of Future Mobility looking into sustainable mobility and autonomous, connected, alternatively fuelled and shared transport.
