Bangor Institute for Health and Medical Research (BIHMR)
Description
Research across the School of Medical and Health Sciences is integrated within the Bangor Institute for Health and Medical Research (BIHMR). BIHMR's mission is to sustain and grow excellence in health and medical research. Members aim to conduct research of the highest standard, with UK and international impact. This is achieved by building on methodological excellence; expanding interdisciplinarity; prioritising research to enhance patient outcomes; prioritising engagement with governmental, regulatory, NHS, local authority, and 3rd sector partners to enhance policy research; and expanding and promoting postgraduate research.
