Social Design Institute (SDI)

Description

The UAL Social Design Institute works to support and promote social design and design for sustainability at the university. In collaboration with staff, PhD researchers and students from across the university, the Institute aims to make connections, share knowledge and build capacity in social and sustainable design.

The Institute draws upon research insights to inform, shape and enhance understanding of design, in particular how it can be utilised to achieve positive and equitable improvements to communities, society and the environment.
