Media, Arts and Humanities Research Institute

Active

Description

The Media, Arts and Humanities Research Institute, based at the University of Sussex, brings together researchers from a wide range of disciplines including Art History, Drama, History, Film, Journalism, Linguistics, Literature, Media, Music, and Philosophy.

Primary researchers are based at the University of Sussex, with Visiting Research Fellows joining us from all over the world. We support researchers at all career stages and work across disciplines inside and outside of the Humanities, including science and medicine.

We are committed to the development of research with impact, working together for the greater good of society. Our researchers engage with partners at the regional, national, and international level, working with business, industry, culture, and heritage. The Research Institute has an External Advisory Board, which helps us to align our goals to improve economic growth and social cohesion.
