The Centre for Law, Crime and Justice (CLCJ) combines specialisms in law, crime, criminal justice, along with interdisciplinary insights from sociology, social work, psychology, and computer and information science.

The CLCJ undertakes globally recognised, cross-disciplinary research, offers unique postgraduate programmes, and cultivates a dynamic, high-calibre postgraduate research student community. Its research, teaching, and public engagement activities actively contribute to public policy, discourse, and practice.
