The Centre for Syrian Studies (CSS) facilitates academic discourse and partnership between Syrian and British academics. Its remit encompasses research on Syria's recent and contemporary issues, mentorship for Syrian scholars, and the distribution of diverse perspectives on Syria. CSS produces publications, an online peer-reviewed journal, a blog featuring regular analysis of Syria's current affairs by affiliated scholars, and an e-library for scholarly archival.
