The Centre for Political Theory, based in Cardiff University’s School of Law and Politics, undertakes vibrant and interdisciplinary research spanning a wide range of canonical and cutting edge theory.

Its Political Theory Seminars feature works in progress and new research by international and UK-based speakers.

The Political Ecologies Occasional Seminar Series focuses on decolonial, indigenous, black, queer, and interdisciplinary perspectives on political ecology and related topics of the climate, biodiversity, and environmental crises.
