Description
The Centre for Private and Commercial Law encourages members in researching and building impact in all aspects of private and commercial law, regulation and policy.
The purpose of the centre is to encourage mutual support and the sharing of best practice.
To that end, the group’s meetings are a mixture of open forum discussions and presentations by internal and external speakers.
PCL members are currently engaged in areas of research including:
- arbitration;
- contract law;
- corporate law;
- corporate governance;
- insurance law;
- international commercial litigation;
- property law;
- private international law.
