Slavery

Description

The Slavery Research Hub unites scholars investigating slavery and lack of freedom in numerous historical settings and eras. Its goal is to offer a platform for members to disseminate their current research and foster discussions amongst diverse historical and methodological perspectives on the study of slavery. A reading group is organised for those keen on slavery history, with conversations and workshops revolving around four main research themes: Enslavement Spaces, Slavery Languages, Resilience and Resistance, and Slavery Archives.
