Description
The Interdisciplinary Centre for Computer Music Research (ICCMR) develops research combining music, science and technology. Its research expertise ranges from musicology and composition to biomedical applications of music and the development of new technologies for musical creativity.
ICCMR is a pioneer of Brain-Computer Music Interfacing (BCMI) technology to enable severely motor-impaired persons to engage in music-making. Currently, it is championing research into AI and Quantum Computing for music composition and musicology.
The ICCMR is truly interdisciplinary actively publishing research outcomes in learned journals and conferences in the fields of music, digital arts, computing, engineering, psychology, neurosciences and medicine.
