Plymouth Heritage Praxis (PHP)

Description

Plymouth Heritage Praxis (PHP) is a heritage research-practice unit that works with heritage organisations to deliver a range of heritage activities from original research to multimedia interpretation. PHP's expertise covers multiple disciplines including heritage studies, history, geography, tourism, theatre and performance, design and digital media.

Based at the University of Plymouth PHP is able to pull together specialist interdisciplinary teams to deliver projects tailored to any specific setting and requirements. From site and collections investigations, exhibitions, events and trails through to graphic design and printing, locative apps, or virtual and augmented reality immersive experiences, PHP helps to deliver heritage interpretation in line with modern trends and the ever changing requirements from the visitor.
