Manchester Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence (JMCE)

The Manchester Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence (JMCE) serves as an interdisciplinary platform at The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University for advancing research and education related to Europe.

The JMCE's objectives are to:

  • Support research endeavours by providing funding for conferences and workshops centred around Europe.
  • Coordinate various events, including a regular seminar series and a prominent Annual Lecture on Europe.
  • Foster excellence in teaching and learning by financing innovative projects related to education.
