Performance Ecology and Heritage research hub
Description
The University of Glasgow’s Performance Ecology and Heritage research hub is a group of researchers and practitioners in the Theatre Studies team at Glasgow whose work engages with configurations of and intersections between theatre/performance, ecology and heritage.
Staff research and practice takes multiple forms, asks diverse questions and occupies different positions. Their shared aim, however, is to investigate the potential and limitations of theatre and performance as ecological practices. That is, they seek to ask what theatre and performance can do to help understand humanity in a world that they see as much more than human.
