Description
The Centre for Medieval Studies was formed in 1994 and is a well-established presence within the Faculty of Arts. The Centre for Medieval Studies is concerned with all aspects of the history, culture, art and representation of medieval Europe. An emphasis is placed upon interdisciplinary exchange, and the centre regularly holds seminars and conferences (including an annual postgraduate conference), to which specialists in a wide range of disciplines are invited to contribute.
