Centre for West Midlands History
Description
The Centre for West Midlands History, (originally the Centre for Birmingham and Midlands History), was founded at the University of Birmingham to create a forum for research into and study of the history of the region.
The Centre runs a Masters degree in West Midlands History, an annual conference, day schools and other public events. It provides support for projects and works with heritage professionals and independent scholars in the wider community.
