Institute for Textual Studies and Electronic Editing (ITSEE)

Description

The Institute for Textual Scholarship and Electronic Editing (ITSEE) is founded on the premise that computer methods are now fundamental to every stage of the editorial process. ITSEE uses digital tools to locate and view the original materials; to transcribe them into electronic form; to compare the texts and to analyze the patterns of variation; and publish them electronically.
