Description

The Public Law Group was a group of researchers at UCL Laws who organised activities to discuss current research and developments in the field of public law. It provided a supportive forum for the discussion of theoretical and doctrinal questions in constitutional theory, comparative constitutional law, human rights, judicial review, and legal and political theory, and regularly hosted seminars with scholars from UK-based and international institutions.

With the launch of the Global Centre for Democratic Constitutionalism in the 2024/25 academic year, the activities of the Group were incorporated into the work of the Centre, and its seminars continue as the Public Law Seminar Series.
