Survey of English Usage

Description

The Survey of English Usage carries out research in English Linguistics. It was the first Corpus Linguistics research centre established in Europe (and the second in the world).

The Centre has been building corpora and analysing grammar for more than 65 years, and its parsed corpora and software remain world-leading.

The Centre is based in the Department of English Language and Literature at UCL.
