Interaction Design Centre

Description

The Interaction Design Centre is home to a team of Human-Computer Interaction specialists, with interests ranging from digital libraries to command and control centres. It also researches techniques that enable highly complex datasets to be represented in useful ways, helping users to identify potentially important features.

The Centre maintains a number of well-equipped laboratories, including the Usability Laboratory, and attracts a steady flow of national and international visitors. Staff and students in the Centre are engaged in a number of major collaborative projects with a range of international partners.
